Do life coaches work on personal goals or business/professional goals?
A certified life coach is trained to work on all aspects of your life.  Many clients find that personal and professional goals are inter-related, while others have a very specific area in their personal or professional/business life that they would like to address.  You set the agenda based on your specific needs.
Where does the life coach focus on with the average client?
The client sets the agenda and the goals for each coaching session, so we focus where the client wants us to.  Some clients focus specifically on professional goals, while others focus on personal ones. It’s all up to you.
